How to Link Your Bank Account in UMA

Follow these steps to securely link your bank account to UMA:

Step 1: Log in to your UMA account

• Visit https://app.uma.money/login

• Log in with your email and password

Step 2: Go to Settings

• Once logged in, navigate to Settings in the top right corner

Step 3: Connect Your Bank

• Scroll down to the section labeled Connect your bank

• Click the blue "Connect bank" button

Step 4: Verify with Plaid

• UMA uses Plaid, a secure third-party service, to connect your bank account

• You’ll receive a code on the phone number associated with your UMA account

• Enter the code and click "Continue"

Step 5: Choose Your Bank

• Select your banking institution from the list

Step 6: Log in to Your Bank

• Enter your bank login information

• Click "Submit"

• If you have two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled, you may be asked to enter a 2FA code

Step 7: Complete the Connection

• After your bank is connected, click "Continue"

• You’re all set! Your bank is now connected to your UMA account
