If you are having trouble setting up your account on app.lightspark.com please make sure you have

  1. Input all of your information correctly
  2. Have validated your email address (check your spam for an email with a link to validate)
  3. Have correctly put in your credit card information

If you have additional requests please raise a support ticket.
