If you're having trouble logging in or need to reset your password, follow the steps below.
Having Trouble Logging In?
Before resetting your password, try switching your login method:
- If you've been logging in with your email, try logging in with your phone number instead.
- If you've been logging in with your phone number, try logging in with your email instead.
This can resolve login issues without needing a full password reset.
If you're still unable to log in, follow the steps below to reset your password.
Step 1: Go to the UMA Login Page
- Visit app.uma.money/login.
- Select "Forgot password."
Step 2: Enter Your Email
- Type in the email address associated with your UMA account.
- Click the "Send password reset link" button.
Step 3: Check Your Email
- Within a few minutes, you'll receive an email from UMA.
- Open it and click the "Reset Password" button.
- If you don't see the email, check your spam or junk folder.
- Make sure you entered the same email address you used to create your UMA account.
Step 4: Create a New Password
- Enter your new password.
- Click the "Reset" button.
Step 5: Log Back In
- Return to app.uma.money/login.
- Log in with your email and new password.
Your UMA password has been reset!
Need to Update Other Account Information?
Resetting your password can be done at any time from the login page. For other account changes — such as updating your legal name, date of birth, or residential address — please submit a support ticket and our team will assist you. To request account cancellation, please contact support as well.
