How to Change Your UMA Address

If you need to update your UMA address, you can do so easily from your account settings. Changing your UMA address does not affect your connected bank account or past transactions.

Steps to Change Your UMA Address

1. Log in to your UMA account at app.uma.money.
2. In the top-right corner, click Settings.
3. Navigate to the section titled Your UMA.
4. Click the Edit (pencil) icon next to your current UMA address.
5. Enter your new UMA address and select Update UMA.
6. Confirm the change — your UMA address has now been updated.

Important Notes

• You'll still receive payments sent to your old UMA address until the update is fully complete.
• Once changed, your new UMA address will be the one linked to your account going forward.
• If your new UMA address is already in use, you'll be prompted to choose a different one.

Need to Update Other Account Information?

Changing your UMA address is the only account detail you can update directly in the app. For any other changes — such as your legal name, date of birth, or residential address — please submit a support ticket and our team will assist you. To request account cancellation, please contact support as well.
